Your profile
- Proven Customer Success experience in a SaaS or e-mobility environment
- Strong experience leading a team, paired with hands-on energy for day-to-day challenges
- A true scale-up mindset - fast-moving, adaptive, and ready to thrive in a bit of chaos
- Fluent English and German
- (Nice to have) Experience with Chargepoint Management Systems (CPMS) and/or international customers
