Deine Aufgaben:

Weiterentwicklung der Plattform durch neue Features, die in einer modernen, serviceorientierten Architektur umgesetzt werden (z. B. Microservices, Event-basierte Systeme)
Optimierung des bestehenden Kernsystems, inklusive Bugfixing und Performance-Tuning von Legacy-Code
Integration von Drittanbietersystemen über REST-APIs oder SOAP-Schnittstellen (z. B. e-Roaming-Anbieter, Zahlungsdienstleister, Marktplatzplattformen)
Umsetzung einer Cloud-nativen IT-Strategie durch Nutzung von AWS Managed Services im Rahmen der Softwareentwicklung und des Deployments

Das bist du:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im relevanten Bereich oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Architektur und Design von AWS-Workloads (Serverless First, Managed Services)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung mit TypeScript/Node.js; PHP von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (z. B. AWS CDK, Terraform), CI/CD sowie Requirement Engineering
Erfahrung mit hochskalierbaren, geschäftskritischen Architekturen und agilen Methoden ist eine weitere Voraussetzung
Starke Analyse-, Problemlösungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und kommunikationssicheres Deutsch

What you will do

Drive the continuous development and optimization of the chargecloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform
Take ownership of existing AWS implementations and build entirely new cloud-native architectures from scratch
Connect chargecloud with third-party systems (e.g., e-roaming platforms, payment service providers, and marketplace partners)
Develop and refine a cloud strategy that leverages AWS and its managed services to the fullest extent

Your profile

Several years of experience in architecting and designing workloads on AWS
“Serverless First” isn’t just a buzzword for you—you focus on leveraging AWS managed services wherever possible
Strong software development background, with hands-on programming experience in TypeScript and Node.js (must-have)
Knowledge of PHP is a plus
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD), ideally with AWS CDK and/or Terraform
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Experience with requirement engineering
Familiarity with highly scalable, high-performance, and business-critical architectures
Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English and good knowledge of German
