Country Manager Netherlands - E-Mobility (all genders)

What you will do

Are you passionate about shaping the future of e-mobility? We’re looking for a Country Manager Netherlands to lead our expansion into this key market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and scaling our Dutch business unit, driving growth for our innovative SaaS platform, and positioning us as a trusted partner in the local e-mobility ecosystem.

Take the lead on implementing our market entry strategy for the Netherlands, aligning it with our company’s growth objectives
Identify opportunities, market trends, and strategic partnerships within the Dutch e-mobility landscape
Build and maintain strong relationships with key players - customers, partners, and industry regulators - to establish our brand as a trusted leader
Ensure smooth business operations by addressing market-specific challenges, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fine-tuning processes for efficiency
Work closely with our German headquarters and Centres of Excellence, sharing best practices and leveraging resources to accelerate growth
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and tailor our solutions to the unique needs of the Dutch market
Manage the Dutch P&L, ensuring financial targets are achieved and resources are used effectively

Your profile

Proven leadership experience in the Dutch e-mobility industry, ideally with hands-on responsibility for setting up or scaling a business unit
Strong SaaS experience with a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, customer lifecycles, and an active network of potential leads
Ability to develop and execute market expansion strategies while adapting quickly to change.
Demonstrated achievements in revenue growth, business development, and budget management.
Flexibility to travel across the Netherlands and occasionally to our German headquarters.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
