Product Analyst - E-Mobility (all genders)

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Product Analyst bist du Teil eines agilen Scrum-Teams und unterstützt aktiv die Produktentwicklung durch datenbasierte Analysen und fundierte Insights. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Product Owner und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, um Produktentscheidungen strategisch zu begleiten.

Formulierung und Bewertung neuer Ideen/Features in der Produktfindungsphase, um deren geschäftlichen Nutzen zu evaluieren
Verantwortung für das Definieren, Monitoring & Reporting von Kennzahlen für das eigene Produkt, um frühzeitig auf Abweichungen hinzuweisen und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten abzuleiten
Analyse und Identifikation von Mustern, Trends & Nutzungsverhalten bei bereits entwickelten Features, um Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten zu können
Dokumentation und Visualisierung von Produktprozessen und User Journeys mithilfe eines BPMN-Tools, inklusive Ablaufdiagrammen und User-Flows
Übersetzung von technischem Wissen in Fachwissen und in verständliches Produkt-Wissen
Analyse, Priorisierung und Nachhalten von Bugs sowie das Monitoring von produktnahen Alerts zur Fehlerfrüherkennung
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Alerts zu Incidents und Bugs, um eine schnelle Reaktion auf Störungen zu gewährleisten

Das bist du:

Du bringst mehrjährige Expertise in der Datenanalyse und in der Product Discovery mit
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein starkes Verständnis für datengetriebenes Arbeiten
Du arbeitest strukturiert und organisiert und behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten den Überblick
Du denkst teamorientiert und hast Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch

What you will do

As a Product Analyst, you will be part of an agile Scrum team and actively support product development through data-driven analysis and sound insights. You will work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to provide strategic support for product decisions.

Formulating and evaluating new ideas/features in the product discovery phase to assess their business value
Responsibility for defining, monitoring and reporting key performance indicators for your own product in order to identify deviations at an early stage and derive optimisation opportunities
Analysing and identifying patterns, trends and usage behaviour for features that have already been developed in order to derive recommendations for action
Documentation and visualisation of product processes and user journeys using a BPMN tool, including flowcharts and user flows
Translation of technical knowledge into specialist knowledge and understandable product knowledge
Analysis, prioritisation and tracking of bugs, as well as monitoring of product-related alerts for early error detection
Support in creating alerts for incidents and bugs to ensure a quick response to malfunctions

Your profile

You have several years of expertise in data analysis and product discovery
You have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data-driven work
You work in a structured and organised manner and maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects simultaneously
You are a team player and enjoy working closely with different departments
You have strong communication skills in German and English
