Deine Aufgaben:

Als Werkstudent:in Event Management unterstützt du unser Team bei vielfältigen Projekten rund um die Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Events und Messeauftritten. Du führst Recherchen durch, koordinierst Dienstleister:innen, Partner:innen und interne Teams und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in professionelle Eventplanung. So trägst du dazu bei, unsere Veranstaltungen effizient und erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von Events und Messen inklusive Logistik und Standaufbau
Koordination von Dienstleister:innen, Partner:innen und internen Teams
Pflege von Projektplänen, Gästelisten und Budgets
Unterstützung bei Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen (z. B. Präsentationen, Social Media, Newsletter)
Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen, Dokumentation und Feedbackauswertung

Das bist du:

Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in Eventmanagement, Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
Organisationstalent, strukturiert, selbstständig und hands-on Mentalität
Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Tools wie Monday, HubSpot oder Canva von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Führerschein Klasse B

What you will do

As a Working Student in Event Management, you will support our team with a variety of projects related to the planning, organization, and execution of events and trade shows. You will conduct research, coordinate with service providers, partners, and internal teams, and gain valuable insights into professional event management. In doing so, you contribute to the efficient and successful implementation of our events.

Plan, organize, and assist with events and trade shows, including logistics and booth setup
Coordinate with service providers, partners, and internal teams
Maintain project plans, guest lists, and budgets
Support marketing and communication activities (e.g., presentations, social media, newsletters)
Assist with post-event follow-up, documentation, and feedback analysis

Your profile

Enrolled student in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Highly organized, structured, independent, and hands-on
Proficient in MS Office; experience with tools like Monday, HubSpot, or Confluence is a plus
Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Valid Class B driver’s license
