Customer Support Operations Specialist / part-time - E-Mobility (all genders)

What you will do

In this role, working 20 hours a week, you will join our well-established Customer Support Operations team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Your focus will be on handling customer enquiries relating to the chargecloud backend. You’ll work closely on key processes within our service business adn through your reliable support, ensure that everything runs smoothly within the team – even when extra stability is required during cover arrangements.

Important: As certain operational tasks are carried out on-site, you should be able to get to our office in Cologne, near Mediapark, easily.
  • You will work extensively on the backend and provide support with system activities, data maintenance, checks and other operational tasks within our client environments.
  • You will handle and coordinate customer enquiries in B2B and B2C contexts, maintaining high standards of service, accuracy and thorough follow-up.
  • You will assist with cases requiring clarification, e.g. in the context of complaints, billing issues or operational queries, and help to resolve issues in a structured manner or escalate them to the appropriate departments.
  • You’ll contribute to advisory work by supporting internal and external contacts with operational queries.
  • You will assist with the analysis of processes, identify discrepancies and help to present facts in a structured manner.
  • You will manage ordering and dispatch processes (e.g. SIM/RFID cards), including coordination with external service providers.
  • You will maintain operational documentation, lists and reports, consistently ensuring attention to detail and reliability.

Your profile

  • You live in the Cologne area and are able to support us regularly at our office near Mediapark.
  • You are looking for a role with responsibility and are keen to get to grips with operational matters in depth.
  • You are characterised by a meticulous, structured and reliable approach to your work, as well as a keen eye for detail.
  • You contribute ideas, take a pragmatic approach and maintain a clear overview even when dealing with several tasks simultaneously.
  • You enjoy customer-focused communication and come across as friendly, clear and solution-oriented.
  • You are proficient in using digital tools and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • You speak German fluently and can also communicate well in English.
